B. Live Class Participants
When you participate in live Zoom classes with your camera enabled:

Individual participant video feeds are NOT recorded or stored by Pilates Avatar
C. Community Interactions
Information you post in community forums, discussions, or comments is visible to other Pilates Avatar members.
D. Business Transfers
If Pilates Avatar, Progressive Bodyworks, Inc., or substantially all of our assets are acquired by or merged with another company:
Your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity
You will be notified via email and website notice
The new entity must continue to honor this Privacy Policy
E. Legal Requirements

Your personal information is scheduled for deletion within 30 days
Videos saved in the mobile app are immediately inaccessible
Community posts may remain visible but will be anonymized
